Cath Hart is a strategist, adviser and former CEO with deep experience in government and industry. Before founding Rubicon, Cath led high-profile advocacy efforts, shaped policy, fronted media under pressure and built high-performing teams. She’s also a trained executive coach, facilitator and MC—equally at home on stage, briefing a board, or managing a media scrum. Now, Cath brings that depth to Rubicon clients who want a calm, capable partner to navigate the next challenge—or the next chapter.
